Microtel boosts tech & sales departments...
Microtel, part of The Kenton Group, are welcoming two new employees in July, Mark Cullender and Peter Corbett.
Mark Cullender has joined the Microtel Technical Support team to continue the gradual expansion of this crucial department.
Lee Palmer, Commercial Director of the Kenton Group says;
“Mark will be a great asset to the business and our customers, helping us to continue to support our every growing customer base.” He continued “With SLA driven support contracts in 34 countries throughout the world the Microtel Technical Support team continues to grow to deliver a first class support package for our customers.”
Mark will be focused on Microtel's rapidly growing "field" services, such as installation and site maintenance contracts - A valuable edition to the team, which will help Microtel grow further into the technical support market, and enable us to fully support our customers.
Peter Corbett is joining us as a Project Manager, focusing on providing our customers with the best level of service, ensuring all their needs are met, as well as internally making sure the company is aware of what is needed to complete each project on time and in budget, freeing up some admin time as the company grows.
"Peter is a highly experienced individual, who we know will bring a wealth of knowledge to the team. His new role will be pivotal as The Group grows, helping us maintain a high level of service both internally and externally. We look forward to having Peter on board, and developing this role further" added Lee Palmer.
