Friendly Technologies Unveils Quality of Experience (QoE) Solution for 4G LTE Networks at Mobile World Congress
Ramat-Gan Israel (February 12, 2013) − Friendly Technologies will be presenting a product portfolio optimised for 4G networks at the upcoming Mobile World Congress show, with a superior QoE monitoring tool that complements the company’s field-proven device management platform. The QoE application is designed to measure the quality of service and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the subscriber’s 4G end-user device. By allowing mobile operators to proactively identify and resolve problems before they are felt by the customer, Friendly’s QoE minimises service calls, reduces churn and increases subscriber satisfaction.
Friendly’s QoE verifies quality levels and KPIs of broadband connectivity and data, VoIP and video services. When performance degradation or threshold violations are detected, the system sends an alarm notification and appropriate preventative actions are taken.
